Booking & Payments

Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, debit/credit card, Tap to Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required.
A deposit is collected for all color and chemical services, including online bookings.
Bridal and on-site styling requires a consultation and deposit.

All services include a signature cleanse and deep-conditioning treatment. Steam therapy is provided as needed.

Children receiving services must be 7 years or older.

Please note: Refunds and re-dos are not offered once you have concluded your visit.
All service concerns must be addressed before leaving the suite.

A maximum discount of 20% may be applied.


Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice when canceling or adjusting appointments.
Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee of up to the full service amount.

A 20-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals.
Beyond this window, services may be adjusted or canceled, with full payment still required.

Cancellation exceptions include:

• Death in the family
• Vehicle accident or verified car trouble en route
• Sudden serious illness (flu, flu-like symptoms, COVID)
• Acts of God


House Standards

To preserve a calm and refined environment:
• No animals
• No speakerphone use or disruptive meetings
• One guest may accompany you
• Outside products are not permitted unless prescribed
• Please keep voices low and be mindful of shared spaces
• Coats, bags, and personal items should be placed on the designated hooks
• Kindly dress in a manner suitable for salon services (avoid high collars and valuables)

Purchase of recommended home-care products is strongly encouraged to maintain your results.


Fees & Additional Services

Prep & Detangle – $35 per 30 minutes for detangling, dematting, or protective-style removal
Early Morning / Off-Day Appointment – $75
Travel Services – $1 per mile × 2 (round trip)


Health & Safety

For your wellbeing and that of all guests, please reschedule if you are unwell or symptomatic.
Clients with contagious conditions, scalp infections, or open skin cannot be serviced.

Your stylist reserves the right to decline or modify services if the hair is not in a safe condition for chemical or heat processes. Strand tests may be required.


Color & Chemical Disclaimer

Desired results may require multiple sessions to maintain hair integrity.
Accurate color results rely on full disclosure of prior chemical history, including box dye or henna.

Only approved or prescribed products should be used prior to chemical services.


Service Timing

Service durations are estimates and may vary based on hair length, density, and condition.
Specialty and corrective services may require extended or multi-session appointments.


Personal Belongings

Please safeguard all personal items.
The salon is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced property.


Privacy & Imagery

To respect all guests, recording or photography is not permitted without consent.
Photos or videos may be taken of your finished style for portfolio or marketing use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know.


Guest Preparation

For color and chemical services, please arrive with hair free of heavy oils or buildup unless instructed otherwise.
Protective styles must be removed prior to arrival unless a takedown service has been booked.

Physical & Digital Products

All retail purchases—both physical and digital—are final.

Professional haircare products are selected to support the health and longevity of your style; therefore, all product sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Digital items, including tutorials, guides, and virtual offerings, are delivered instantly and are also non-refundable.
